Today, NFER, in partnership with the Gatsby Charitable Foundation, has published new analysis highlighting how teacher training bursaries offer good value for money when it comes to addressing recruitment shortfalls. Completed Organ Donation: From Death to Life course!

In early 2023 I set a target of 12 donations. Monthly visits was more frequent than I'd done before. I'm proud to have reached a new PB (personal best) of 14 donations in 2023. Can an organization dip into its endowment funds to address cash flow issues? What happens to the restricted funds of charitable organizations that merge or dissolve? These are a few of the many questions Christian colleges (and others) should be asking if facing financial trouble.Alliance University (formerly "Nyack College") in New York City became the latest Christian college to announce that it intends to close its doors. As reported by Christianity Today (see link in the comments), 18 Christian colleges have merged or closed since the beginning of COVID. If you have endowment questions, take a look at the FAQ-style article I wrote with a colleague of mine that provides an endowment fund overview for charitable organizations (i.e., "Endowment Fund (and UPMIFA) Reminders for Colleges, Universities, and Other 501(c)(3) Organizations").
