The mask cushion is outfitted with an integrated flexible chamber that provides stability for side sleepers while adding flexibility to accommodate movement for more reliable sleep apnea therapy. Minimal Design Creates Ergonomic Comfort The Swift FX’s slim mask frame has bare minimum facial touchpoints and is nearly invisible thanks to the pillow cushion’s seamless connection to the frame. With an unobtrusive design that hugs your unique facial contours, the lightweight Swift FX opens up your line of sight and allows for easy T.V. watching or reading before bed - all with fewer facial marks in the morning. Easy to Find Your Right Fit This minimal appearance and unprecedented softness of the nasal cushion help foster a sense of freedom and promote early CPAP acceptance. The ResMed Swift FX comes with the following sizes of nasal pillows: small, medium, large. Extra Small pillows are sold separately. All pillow sizes are interchangeable with the mask frame. Leading in Innovation for Headgear Utilizing a soft, silicone headgear, the Swift FX’s minimal design is simple to use with only two points to adjust: a low-profile Lycra-based backstrap with Velcro fasteners and a buckle on the top of your head that uses a set of notches for easy adjustment. For easy removal of the mask, the headgear uses a set of "lock and key" quick-release tabs that secure the silicone straps. To ensure your maximum comfort and to help keep your headgear in place, we’ve included a set of soft wraps that are made of fleece material to wear on the headgear side straps. The Perfect Ultra-Quiet Mask for Light Sleepers Reduce CPAP noise to only 25 decibels with the Swift FX mask! To ensure you and your partner sleep soundly, the exhalation ports on the frame help to disperse exhaled air gently out and away from you. The nasal pillows for the Swift FX should be replaced once every six months. Cleaning Tips The parts of the mask excluding headgear should be hand washed daily using warm water and mild soap. Swift FX Headgear Size The elastic backstrap used with the ResMed Swift FX measures 16.5 inches long (not including tabs). This is 1.5 inches longer than the backstrap for the Swift FX For Her which is 15 inches long (not including tabs). The tabs add 2.5 inches to the overall length of the elastic backstrap. The width of the backstrap is 3/4 inches for both. The silicone portions of the headgear are the same for the Swift FX and the Swift FX for Her. Where do I find the size? The size of the nasal pillow is indicated with a black letter located on the front of the nasal pillow. What’s the Difference Between the Swift FX and Swift LT? The Swift FX and Swift LT mainly differ in their design and fit. The Swift FX has a simple fit with slim straps worn over your cheeks, and it’s 71% quieter than previous mask models. On the other hand, the Swift LT uses a patented rotating barrel and has a unique fit that comes down your forehead over your nose, giving you more freedom of movement. What’s the Difference Between the Swift FX and Swift Nano? The Swift FX and Swift Nano are both excellent masks, but there are big differences between the two including the cushion, elbow joint, and headgear strap. You can learn more—and see a video highlighting the main differences between these two masks—here! Can I Use the Bella Loop Headgear With the Swift FX? Yes—you can use Bella Headgear Loops with the Swift FX, which are available in pink and gray. They are a dreamy alternative to traditional headgear. Is the Swift FX Compatible With Any CPAP Machine? Absolutely! This mask uses standard tubing and is compatible with all CPAP machines on the market that use standard tubing. Can I Use the Swift FX if I Wear Glasses? Because the straps of the Swift FX fit over your cheekbones, it may not be ultra-comfortable to wear your glasses with your mask. This mask does have an open line of sight that lets you watch TV or read a book before bed. Can I Replace the Swift FX Cushion? We recommend replacing your Swift FX pillows every three to six months or sooner if you notice the pillows are damaged or deteriorating from facial oil build-up.
