Tracee Ellis Ross Posts Stunning Throwback in Barely-There Dress: ‘Circa 2000’ (2024)

Tracee Ellis Ross is known for posting some iconic looks on Instagram—take her fresh-faced bikini photos or that recent lingerie photo for example. In a new Instagram post, the 50-year-old star decided to shake things up with a set of spicy throwback picture from over 20 years ago.

In the snaps, Ross shows off her toned abs and arms while wearing a white, crochet dress with cut-outs. She sports shoulder-length hair with bangs and some smokey eyeshadow for a super nostalgic (and stunning) look.

The pics were taken “circa 2000,” according to the caption, and are from what appears to be some type of milk advertisem*nt. In the first photo, Ross is drinking from a glass bottle of milk, the contents dripping down onto her chest. In the second, the bottle is nearly empty while Ross flashes a huge smile at the camera.

Fans went wild for the star’s nostalgic snaps. “Absolutely beautiful 😍” one fan wrote under the photos. “23 yrs ago??… you look the absolute same!!❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️” another commented, “I think I need to drink milk,” another hilariously chimed in.

While the beauty mogul definitely caught fans’ attention with these stunning snaps, it turns out Ross was hinting at some big news with her post. She tagged her hair brand Pattern Beauty in the photo and added the emojis: “🥛💆🏾‍♀️🔜!” to the caption, while @Patternbeauty commented: “This is called manifestation ✨🥛💆🏾‍♀️.”

Lo and behold, the Pattern Beauty founder dropped another post just hours after the throwbacks graced our feeds. In the newest video, Ross introduces Pattern Beauty’s latest product launch: Moisture Milk. According to the caption, it’s “a juicy oil-based moisturizer that gives your hair moisture for DAYS.”
