I have never had a problem with this post office...I pay my sons Po Box fee and there is a very understanding women who I have talked to many times. She even added the extra cost when I didn't know the fee had gone up...I sent it to her...but she didn't ask. I've never had problems with someone answering... if they are real busy I think it could be a problem. Can't thank them enough!!

I am pissed. I tried calling the (800) number and it took me probably ten minutes of endless choices to finally get routed to a representative. Once I finally, and I do mean FINALLY, got routed to a representative, the automated system said my wait time would be "FIFTY MINUTES." Why doesn't the post office just be honest and say, "We're not going to talk to you anymore any other way than in person." I've been listening to the 342-5038 number ring and ring and ring while I'm typing this and it finally hung up on me. Obviously, no one is answering the phone SO WHY HAVE A PUBLIC PHONE NUMBER IF YOU'RE NOT GOING TO ANSWER IT? Why have an (800) number if the wait time on a Tuesday afternoon is fifty minutes? In the words of one of the more brilliant people I know, "Good grief!" :(

I have tried calling this post office 4 times each of the last 4 days and let it ring for over 5 minutes when it shut off. Never was answered. A worse than useless facility.

The office will not answer phone calls. Have not gotten my mail in 4 days. They do not help you whatsoever. Basically the most useless post office I have ever seen and the employees are dumber than a bag of rocks.

In the last month I have mailed 2 small packages to people from the mailbox pickup where I live. Calling does no good as the local post office never answers the phone and the 800 number does not give me the option to talk to someone. I am now afraid to mail any package from this location. It would be wonderful if someone checked on this issue.

It is 6:45 PM. I put my mail in my residential mailbox at 7 AM. The mail is still in the mailbox. How late can delivery be?
