  • 1 cup monkfruit sweetener
  • 2 tbsp canned coconut milk or heavy cream
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp cassava flour

First, preheat oven to 350 F. Second, oil 2 cookie sheets. combine the melted butter, and oats until well incorporated.
