My granddaughter and I got a haircut yesterday at Fantastic Sams. The customer service was great! The establishment was very clean and had a very welcoming atmosphere. The two ladies that washed and cut our hair were more than awesome! Whitney and Kaylee were very friendly and worked in a very professional manner. We even got some new tips on caring for our hair. Whitney Christensen did an amazing job cutting my hair! I LOVE IT! It’s exactly what I was hoping for. A perfect change. She was also so nice and taught me how to style my new bangs, which was super helpful! I’m very happy with my experience.

Kaylee did an amazing job. She really listened to what I wanted and helped fix my shape from a previous bad cut. I haven’t loved my hair so much for a long time. My husband was actually moved to tears by how great it looks and how happy I am with the results. I will %100 be back!! Kaylee was so friendly and clearly is passionate about hair.

Rheannan Cut my hair and did an amazing job. Her attention to detail made me feel like she really cared about the cut. She also made an effort to collaborate with me on the haircut, something I appreciated, not to mention someone enjoyable to talk to. Well worth the price for such a great experience.

The young lady cutting my hair, most everyone is young when you're 60, was pleasant and helpful. She avoided getting those obnoxious little cut hairs down my back and was kind to talk to. If she is typical of everyone at this location then I would greatly recommend this location.

I have had Kiera color my hair a couple different times and she is AMAZING. Not only did my hair look fantastic, but she was so sweet and fun to chat with! I will definitely be going back to her and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a wonderful stylist!

I'm always happy with the service I get at this location. Kiera is always willing to discuss whatever hair issues that I have before she starts. I'm always happy with the color and pixie cut that I receive. I've been happy with her services for over a year. Great customer service keeps me coming back.

The young lady (didn't get her name) who cut my hair did a great job. She asked a number of times as she worked, if it was coming along the way I wanted it. Very pleasant and seemed interested in her work. She was easy to talk to finished the job completely the way I wanted it. Hope to see her again.

Jayme is amazing and we will be coming back for her services. Expert on baby highlights! Naomi's birthday was on this day and she was just the sweetest and the work she did was amazing as well. The manager was super sweet, fun and bubbly. She worked around and talked to everyone in the facility.

Sidney cuts my hair exactly the way I like it and is so kind (and funny). She also waxes my eyebrows perfectly. I love how she actually listens to me and what I like and then adds her input at the end. Her input is always awesome.

I had gotten a botched haircut from a different place and I went in and Whitney definitely saved my hair! She gave me amazing layers, and I absolutely love it.
