Stopped by for a haircut, thinking I’d rather pay $20 for a bad haircut than $60 like I usually do and I was happily surprised!! I had a short wait (10 minutes) and Lara cut my hair. She did (forgive the pun) a “fantastic” job! Lara cut my hair exactly how “I” asked (for a change) and let “me” determine what I wanted tweet, instead of the other way around (usual the stylist determining a haircut instead of me). I’m thrilled with my hair,, best haircut I’ve had in a very long time. And only 20 bucks!!! So happy I stopped by and it won’t be the last haircut I get from Lara. THANK YOU

Frustrated EVERYTIME. I have tried Fantastic Sam multiple times through the years and every time I walk out saying NEVER again! From wait time estimates that are twice what they say, rude stylists, bad cuts and color. I’m writing this so next time I remember…stay awayHair coloring

She acted like it was an effort to even converse. If this is the type of service and people they train, I strongly suggest you choose another place. Love this shop, have been going for about 7 years. Everyone that works there is lovely and great customer service. Always satisfied with my hair and my children’s haircuts. Mark, the owner, is an excellent stylist. I really love the shop itself too, lots of plants and sunshine, doesn’t feel like a franchise. Can’t beat the prices!

I really liked my stylist, but… I have a lot of experience with perms. I know my own hair. I have permed my own hair. I let her know it is very hard to curl. She proceeded to put conditioner in the back and I said that is not going to work. She went ahead and only left it up 20 minutes and no test curl. I signed at the beginning that I would hold harmless and understood the price. I was willing to take the risk of damaged hair, I just didn’t want straight hair. It seemed ok at first and I even waited 3 days to wash and after that it as just so flat and straight. Very reasonably priced but customer should be listened to.

I stopped in a few weeks ago and had my haircut. Christina cut my hair. Very nice stylist. I showed a picture of how I wanted it done and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture at all. The clippers were taken way too high up the back of my head. My neckline wasn’t straight. I came home and my boyfriend asked me what happened to my hair. He had to take his neck trimmers and straighten it as best as he could.

I am a 10+ year dedicated customer of this Salon. I no longer live in the area, but I make the three hour drive to see my amazing Stylist (and one of the owners of the Salon) Mark. We share pics of color and cuts and come to the style and color that best suits me. I get compliments everywhere I go on my hair and I have not allowed another Stylist to put scissors in my hair in over 10 years! Completely satisfied with my Salon.
